We are seeking a Permanent Assistant Project Manager to join our team in the construction industry. The ideal candidate will have experience in heavy construction, drilling, land clearing, road construction, and site development. This is a full-time position that requires a minimum of 2 years of experience.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in heavy construction, drilling, land clearing, road construction, and site development.
- Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field preferred.
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to plan, organize, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members, clients, and contractors.
- Knowledge of construction safety regulations and building codes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
